How To Join...

All applications for membership require sponsorship from three current members of the Ontario Petroleum Contractors' Association. If this is not possible, applicants may apply to the Board of Directors for a one-year sponsorship, after which they must submit the required sponsorships for continued membership.

Print the application and sponsor form by clicking here. Fill it out and send it to OPCA along with your payment.

NOTE: The application and sponsorship form must be submitted together to be considered for membership.

If you have a problem opening this file, please contact the OPCA to have a membership package sent to you via mail.
