Field Service Technician

 
Required Skills: Minimum Petroleum Mechanic License Level 1 (PM1) with the Technical Standards and Safety Authority.

We are looking for someone with hands on experience as a Field Service Technician with strong customer service skill. The successful candidate should have
• PM1 certification,
• knowledge of service station equipment including dispensers and suctions systems and fuel handling equipment and related Tank Gauging and POS equipment, and
• the ability to set up/test equipment and to troubleshoot service station equipment and
• carry out without supervision, service and maintain petroleum equipment and systems, and accessories essential to their operation including installation, removal, repair, maintain, startup of dispensing and suction systems and submersible pumps.
• Knowledgeable, experienced and certified to service fuel handling equipment with all makes, Red Jacket, FE Petro
• Knowledgeable, experienced and certified to service suction and dispensing equipment with all makes, Gilbarco, Dresser Wayne and Tokheim, are makes are also an asset
• Knowledgeable, experienced and certified to service tank gauging equipment with all makes, Veeder Root, Incon, OPW

• Must possess good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Must have a good driving record (a copy of drivers' abstract may be required)
• Must have a working knowledge of Service Station Equipment and interrelationship and functionality. Working knowledge of various OEM would be an asset
• Must be willing to travel as required
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to complete tasks effectively with minimal supervision
• Must be available to work flexible work schedules
